Daddy's Day
Celebrated Father's Day with 3 dads - my dad, hubby and my BIL @ my dad's shop...i got them a ManU cake from E-Creative...a week ago, my granny suffered a mild stroke...can see that my dad is worried for her...dad is very filial to granny...hope she get well soon.

Cereal for Toddlers?
Have been searching high and low for toddlers cereal for my boy...the only cereal brand i can find for 6-24mths is the "Nestle Gold: Oats with Prune" which i have bought a box for him to try out...currently my boy is on Nestle baby rice cereal: Stage 3...but i find that it's not substantial enough for my boy...any recommendations, mummies?
This is what my 14mths Damien is having now:
AM:
5am: 240ml of Enfagrow
7am: 1/2 cup of milo
9am: 1 bowl of rice cereal
11am: 240ml of Enfagrow
PM:
1pm: 1 bowl of porridge (meat & veggies + sweet potatoes (sometimes pumpkin) + red dates + wolfberries + dried scallops)
3pm: 1 serve of fruit
4pm: 240ml of Enfagrow
6pm: 1 bowl of porridge
Before bedtime:
8pm: 240ml of Enfagrow
As he is still taking milk 4x daily, i always see yy opening up a fresh can of milk even before the week ends...Debbie is on Enfalac-HA...and it cost $46 per can...so together with Damien's milk powder, really very shiong leh coz very expensive...but no choice loh...my MIL going back to Penang next wed...so it's back to me planning the children meals...oh no!!...sometimes, i really have to crack my head thinking what to cook for them...Heinz bottled bb food is a big no-no for Damien long time ago liao...he likes his food hot and fresh now...guess, gotto go pull out my recipe book liao

Tired beyond words
Sorry, didn't managed to update my blog for the past week...it was pure sheer exhaustion for me...my boy was down with high fever and infection on his left eye just when i'm barely out of my confinement...on the eve of Debbie's full month, hub and me rushed him to KKH late at night...we saw his PD in the morning but the medication doesn't work on him and he seems to be getting worse...we didn't want to take any chance...Docs over at A&E said that he is down with a viral infection...(p/s: i managed to find time in the afternoon to go distribute Debbie's full month cake while my hub took care of Damien)
On Debbie's full month, his temp was like yoyo...up and down...as i was busy taking care and monitoring him, hub brought Debbie to the temple with my MIL instead...i didn't even participate in the prayers stuff as Damien was like a koala bear, clinging tightly onto me...he was still running a temp on the 3rd day...my SIL who was a midwife advised me that it's time to switch his med as KKH med doesn't seems to work on him as well...so we decided to give him the pink children panadol...it was in tablet form...so we smashed it and mixed with water before we gave him...Viola!! his temp came down within 2hrs from 39.2 degrees to 37.8 degrees...i was so happy...
He is getting better now...and he is back to his active self...i was on auto-pilot the last few days...feeding him med, sponging him, taking temp...on top of all these, i also have an infant on hand...heng ar, my Debbie is super super guai...she wakes up only for milk and then she will go back to sleep...not a single cry from her...i think she knows that her kor kor is sick and need my attention...Qi is able to handle Debbie on her own now...so most of Debbie's stuff, i will leave it to her too...you should see how she handle Debbie...really like a pro man...i'm truly very proud of her....
Hub managed to snap some pics here and there...will upload them ASAP...gotto go now...time for dinner...till then, take care!

Headache! Headache!
Guess what...my cols has informed me that our office lease at PSA will be up soon and the management has made the decision not to extend the lease and thus, we will be moving to Tampines in Oct...oh gosh!...i have already signed my boy up @ MMI PSA...guess i have to look for another center for him...hmmmm...reallie shang now jin leh!...
Btw, hub's cousin has introduced me to this website service, http://www.rent-that-toy.com/ , where u can rent any toys that are featured in the website for up to a month...it's really cool coz then your baby/tots will have a variety of toys to play with...and you can just return them when they lose interest...and it's not so taxing on our pockets too :p...so brilliant!...i have been renting toys from them for Damien and i must say that their toys are all in very good conditions and thumbs up for their excellent service too...yeah!!!

1 more week to go before Debbie's full month...after that, FREEDOM!!!...hehehe...Time passes so fast!! Will scout for a good childcare center for mien in Yishun area with hub after my confinement...i've got so many things that i want to do after my confinement...first thing first, my medi/pedi session next friday...my toe nails very long liao...so gao wei...Hub and me also planning to bring Qi and Damien to the Zoo the following week...aiyooo....can't wait for my confinement to be over soon :p

HK Drama Series
It was 5.30 this morning...as i was watching the last of the 20-something episodes of Rosy Business on my lappie, i was furiously expressing my milk..**groan!*...I was having migrane since yest...guess it was due to the hot weather and my tired eyes from the long hours on the lappie...I had on-hand another set of 30 episodes of HK series, E.U...will let my eyes take a break first before i start...hehehe...
Debbie is going to wake up for milk soon...i will leave u guys first with the pics taken in Aquarama and a video clip of mien mien kissing meimei :)
